Our delivery and shipping policy for physical products, such as books, musical instruments, and electronics, is designed to provide our customers with a fast, efficient, and reliable service.

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet our customers' needs. Standard shipping typically takes 1-3 business days for West Malaysia (within Klang Valley areas) delivery, 2-4 days (outside of Klang Valley areas), or faster than the estimated days depending on the traffic and weather conditions, and the number of orders; while expedited shipping options are also available for an additional fee. We ship to all domestic and international addresses.

 

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays, except for any urgent needs upon special request. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

We understand that sometimes things go wrong during shipping. In the event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Imported Order:

Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and other miscellaneous tax charges for orders imported into Malaysia. Except for taxes absorbed by the seller on specific items. 

 

Our Goals:

We make every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition; however, in the unlikely event of any damage or defects, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best service possible and strive to make the delivery and shipping process as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of all our physical items. If, for any valid reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, such as receiving a wrong order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of purchase:

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, including the original receipt/invoice and all accompanying materials. If the item is not in its original condition, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
• To initiate a return or exchange, don't hesitate to contact us at aftersales@bobo-ai.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-14 days.
• Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 3 days of purchase, and we will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.

*For downloadable music products, as per regulatory policies, we can only offer refunds in exceptional cases. Please reach out to us for the same, and we'll try our best to assist you.
